By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • The minimum order value is BHD 5.000. Orders below BHD 5.000 cannot be completed.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

  • Delivery fees are based on the selected delivery area. If the selected area does not match the actual delivery address, we may adjust the delivery fee before dispatch.

  • Our delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Orders placed at or after 8:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the following day. Orders placed close to closing time may also be scheduled for the following day if delivery cannot be completed before 8:00 PM.

  • Please allow approximately 2–3 hours for delivery during our delivery hours. Delivery is not immediate after placing an order.

  • Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, and bloom.

  • Once payment has been completed and order preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, before dispatch, customers may request to modify their order or exchange it for another product of the same value, subject to availability.
